If optional, however, I'd say proof of vaccination should be required for children (or anyone) to attend schools amusement parks, libraries, supermarkets, public squares, public transportation, movie theaters, national parks...you get the idea. You have the right not to vaccinated. I have the right to shun you. I am a parent. And my kid is in the midst of getting his full complement of jabs.
