John over at Sinosplice was nice enough to tune me in to Access Flickr!, a little gem of a Firefox plugin that lets all us Flickr photo viewers unfortunate enough to be subject to the schitzo ‘on again off again (more off again)’ whims of the Great Firewall of China once again see the images.

Awesome, thanks for the tip. To be honest, the crap that the government’s blocking flickr for (protests and pro-independence shots) is incredibly spammy, and it annoys me too. When I type “China Tiananmen” into the search field I want pictures of the square, not Chinese radicals wearing headbands, burning flags and rioting against PSB.

It seems as though this whole mess is over those Xiamen protests. Some youtube videos are blocked too.
[...] week that will get you Flickring like new. John at Sinosplice tipped off Ryan, who stuck it up on his site and Lost Laowai. Now I give it to you. Isn’t the blogosphere [...]
what is your flickr ID, if you don’t mind. I’d like to see your pictures of suzhou.
Hey Sandy, to be honest, I’m not much of a Flickr user (as of late at least)… but this is my flickr page.
