I hate packing, but don't mind unpacking and re-placing stuff. And I love new places. Canada K is indeed the "friend" that will be two floors above me. The visa thing's got me on edge too. There goes the neighbourhood ! "coincidences abound in this country"... too right. Mrs J. & I moved in to a slum (Xue Jia Bang) @ 800 Kuai a month - get the picture - and found we were 2 blocks away in the same "compound" as my good mate Aussie Matt. Then we moved into Xin Xing Hua Yuan only to find Canada K & Sammi living in the same compound. After that, we moved to the affordable Laowai ghetto opposite Starbucks - and guess what ? Canada K & wife were there, unbeknownst to us. I think he is stalking us. Anyway mate, welcome to you both & Addie, the non-rabid dog. I've made a decision NOT to move - ever. However, current mild anxiety over Visa issues may of course: a. Poison the well b. Salt the fields and c. Burn the village If you need the number of the 3 reliable guys with the truck that do the move (everything out & in, placed where YOU want the stuff in the new joint) for 160 Kuai, please email. J.
