		<description>It&#039;s the thing that most amuses me about the seabugs - they are exactly like shrimp/crayfish - just not as meaty. It&#039;s funny that the shrimp can look so appetizing while the other just looks creepy. And yep - basically eat them in the same way you eat a shrimp.

It has sort of become an inside joke between Maggie and I that we call all seafood &quot;seabugs&quot; because really... they are. The difference between sea-crawling and land-crawling invertebrates are a lot fewer than I think most would care to admit.</description>

		<description>Hey, great photos,looks like fun.  Say hello to Maggie&#039;s mom for me.  The prawns look yummy, as far as the sea bugs go, they look like the big 3 inch flying roaches we had several times in our apartment in Zihuatanejo Mexico!  Not for me!  Pardon my ignorance but do you just eat them?  In Huatulco at the restaurant at our hotel they served up heaps of, I presume roasted, grasshoppers, they were bright red, didn&#039;t indulge in them either although I think in certain areas there they are considered a delicacy!</description>
